Spreading Wings To Sungai Petani, Kedah.

29.032015 : An aspiring visit to SK Seri Wang, Sungai Petani Kedah. Sent a full set of Angklung Pak Radja. It was not in our schedule to give a demo that day as there was no earlier notification due to miscommunication.
Nevertheless, we felt the urged to give an hour Crash Angklung Introduction after seeing the eager and expectant look from the pupils of SK Seri Wang.  We gave a short talk on "Getting To Know Your Angklung" and played a simple score. I was enough to ignite further their musical interest. They had a wonderful time indeed.
We left the school with a promise to come back in the near future to give a two hours demo.

Spreading Wings to Seri Kembangan, Selangor

20.03.2015 : Sent 2 full sets of Angklung Pak Radja to SK Taman Universiti, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. We reached the school an hour ahead of schedule, and had a pleasant  suprise! Not only the pupils were eagerly waiting, so were their fully committed parents!
They willingly came to witness their children taking an active part in the newly formed Angklung Group. According to Cikgu Mary Lai, the pupils attending the Demo are specifically selected by her and Cikgu Diana Awang. They have been shortlisted after successfully undergone a set of assessment test based on their  basic music skills.
 Bravo parents, teachers and pupils of  SK Taman Universiti, Seri Kembangan!
